Welcome to Vectir. Vectir is an easy to use software utility that allows you to remotely control your favourite media player and control other audio/visual features of your PC. It works with popular hardware devices such as the USB-UIRT and Tira infrared transcievers.

Features

Vectir currently supports control of the following media player applications:

Windows Media Player
Winamp
iTunes

Plugins may have been developed for other media players since this help document was published. Please visit the vectir website to see if any additional media players are supported.

Vectir also supports remote control of other operating system functions including the following:

Mouse cursor movement and mouse button click
Master and wave sound control
PC Shutdown
PC Standby
User log off
Screen saver on/off
Enable/disable IR control
Enable/disable command groups
OSD (On Screen Display) of button commands and groups enabled/disabled
